The Kansas Drug Card is a FREE statewide discount prescription assistance program. The program was launched to help uninsured and under-insured residents afford their prescriptions, although ALL Kansas residents are eligible to receive this coverage.

The statewide prescription assistance program is made possible and funded through the support of pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies.

KHS Members may be interested to know about the Kansas Drug Card, which provides cardholders with the lowest possible price for their prescriptions.

The free card at the bottom of this page is pre-activated and can be used immediately to save up to 75% on prescription drugs (average savings is approximately 30%). The program was launched to help the uninsured and underinsured better able to afford their medications, but the program is open to anyone.

The card is accepted at more than 56,000 pharmacies nationwide. The program also offers other discounts, including on prescription eye glasses, hearing aids and diabetic supplies.
